Diagnose. Design. Implement. Improve.

Implementation is predictable when each phase has the right discipline. We don't skip stages to go faster. We do them well to avoid going backward.

1
Diagnose

Before anything is built, we map where the operation is losing time, accuracy, control, and visibility. This is a paid engagement, not a sales call, and it produces a document you own.

2
Design

Functional and technical design: workflow logic, user roles, data requirements, integration points, and the architecture direction. Most project overruns trace back to this stage being skipped.

3
Implement

Build, integrate, test, and deploy — against an approved functional design, with defined acceptance criteria and controlled revision rounds.

4
Improve

Systems change after launch because operations change. That work is planned and paid for from day one, not absorbed into an open-ended support period.

Three Options, Not One Number

For projects above $10,000, we present three levels of implementation rather than a single price. This is not a sales technique. It is how we let you choose the level of risk control, advisory input, and post-launch support that fits the project — instead of negotiating the same scope downward.

One rule we apply consistently: we do not reduce a price without reducing scope, responsibility, revision burden, or support. A lower number always means a narrower commitment. We would rather be clear about that upfront than discover it during delivery.

The 60-Day Code Accuracy Warranty

Covered At No Cost

  • Critical defects where the delivered system does not perform according to the approved scope
  • Agreed workflows that are not functioning as specified
  • Unsigned functional design deviations
  • Code-level bugs identified within 60 days of go-live

Outside The Warranty

  • New features or functionality
  • Workflow changes after sign-off
  • UI preferences not previously approved
  • Training or knowledge transfer
  • New reports or dashboard additions
  • Configuration changes post-launch
  • New integrations or third-party tool issues
  • Business-process changes made after launch

What We Plan For Instead

Improvement work runs through a retainer agreed before go-live, starting on day one:

  • Support & Stability Retainer: System health monitoring, urgent support, minor fixes, small adjustments
  • Improvement Retainer: New features, enhancements, reporting changes, UX improvements, backlog items
  • Automation & Optimization Retainer: Ongoing workflow improvement, data automation, further integrations
  • Strategic Technology Partner Retainer: Periodic advisory sessions, roadmap prioritization, architecture guidance

What We Need From You

Implementation is a two-sided commitment. The projects that run well share the same characteristics. We are direct about them because they affect timelines more than anything on our side.

Decision-Making

  • One decision-maker: Not a committee that sends conflicting feedback
  • Consolidated feedback: One document per review round, within an agreed window

Access & Approvals

  • Third-party access on time: API keys, payment gateway credentials, messaging setup, app store accounts within defined business days
  • Hosting and compliance approvals: For Gulf corporate clients: locally compliant hosting, internal IT approval, security review, VPN access, and server provisioning (assumed within 14 business days)

Content & Data

  • Product data, user lists, workflow information when they are needed

Where these slip, delivery dates shift accordingly. We say so at proposal stage rather than at launch. Transparency about these dependencies is how we protect both sides from unexpected delays.

Ready to implement with clarity

Our process works best when both sides know the rules upfront. Let's talk about your operational system.
