Prediction logic helps the tool to interpret item names and numbers.

Product Matching and ERP Synchronization

The extracted data is compared with the master product database. According to past ordering patterns, the system chooses the right SKU. This validated data then passes straight into the NetSuite ERP system. Automated synchronization guarantees real-time accuracy of inventory levels.

Validation and Exception Handling

Each finished order gets a confidence rating assigned by the system. It marks any unclear forecasts for a fast administrative review. This process stops wrong information from being included in the primary company records. Built-in filters help to eliminate duplicate entries and junk from the queue for processing.
