When our client reached out for assistance, they were grappling with a product that was not only underperforming but also riddled with critical bugs, leading to a tarnished brand reputation and declining revenues. The root of the issue was traced back to their previous service providers’ choice of unsuitable technologies for their website and mobile app. In our commitment to their success, we provided ongoing support for the existing product while simultaneously developing a new platform, ensuring zero downtime during the transition. The new system boasts a variety of authentication methods, including user passwords, social media, and biometrics, and is equipped with the intelligence to recognize users across different login methods. It is fully integrated with the client’s ERP system, enabling seamless product fetching, synchronization, order management, and invoicing. The system supports a multitude of payment options through Checkout.com, including card payments, Tamara, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Designed with flexibility in mind, it is fully customizable to meet the client’s evolving needs, with new features being added on a weekly or monthly basis. Currently operational across seven locations, the system is scalable and ready to support additional locations, a complete marketplace, or new vendors, underscoring its adaptability and potential for growth.

Working with a global charity client presented unique challenges due to certain constraints that required the exclusive use of Shopify for their e-commerce needs. Despite Shopify’s robust platform, the client’s requirements called for a level of customization that went beyond the standard offerings. To circumvent these limitations, our team embarked on developing two interconnected projects that functioned cohesively yet remained invisible to the end-user. The first project was the Shopify store itself, which served as the front-end interface. The second was a custom-built system designed to supplement Shopify’s capabilities, providing the additional features the client desired while ensuring a consistent and homogenous user experience. Our commitment to the client included ongoing support, ensuring that the website remained seamlessly connected to the customized system, thus guaranteeing a smooth and uninterrupted user experience. The choice of Amazon Gateway as the payment processor was integral to the system, providing a secure and reliable transactional platform that aligned with the charity’s operational requirements and values. This dual-project approach allowed us to meet the client’s specific needs without compromising on the user experience or the integrity of the Shopify platform.

The project we embarked upon is a sophisticated supply chain marketplace, specifically tailored for a diverse array of stakeholders including warehouse providers, importers/exporters, transportation providers, and department stores. This platform functions as a Software as a Service (SaaS) and is equipped with a comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) system, which is particularly beneficial for department stores and supermarkets. One of the platform’s remarkable capabilities is allowing our client to adeptly manage the accounts of their providers. These providers, in turn, have the autonomy to manage the accounts of their clients, creating an efficient hierarchical structure of account management.

A significant challenge we faced was to devise a cost-effective strategy that would fulfill our client’s ambitious goals. After a meticulous evaluation of several ready-made solutions, we concluded that Odoo was the most cost-effective and suitable option. Odoo’s flexibility in customization allowed us to tailor the platform to the exact specifications requested by the client. The integration with KNet as the payment gateway is a testament to the platform’s adaptability and commitment to providing a seamless transactional experience. This strategic choice has not only met the client’s needs but has also positioned the platform as a pivotal tool in the realm of supply chain management.
